Shipping Policy

All orders are packed with utmost care and dispatched under strict quality supervision. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transit, including delays, loss, theft, or damage, lies with the courier service provider.

We ship through reputed logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Safexpress, and other reliable courier services, depending on service availability in your area. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that certain local charges such as octroi, entry tax, or other applicable charges may be levied by local authorities and will need to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

The usual dispatch and delivery timeline is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational delays, remote locations, public holidays, or restrictions imposed by local authorities.

In cases where deliveries are impacted due to containment zones, natural disruptions, or other force majeure events, shipments may remain on hold until normal operations resume.

Under no circumstances shall Attarang or KirvinCo. be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the products or from any delay, non-delivery, or inability to use the services offered on the website.

Partial Payment Orders

If the Partial Payment option is selected at checkout, the advance amount paid shall be non-refundable in the event of failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or return-to-origin cases.

If the shipment is returned back to us, forward shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from the order value. Any remaining eligible balance, if applicable, may be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and a valid contact number to ensure smooth delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the earliest possible time.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be applicable.
